2. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, including your order number and the items you wish to return.
3. Returning your order
After notifying us of your withdrawal, return the goods within 14 days to the address above. Please package items carefully and include your order number. You may inspect items as you would in a shop, but you are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item, unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or faulty.
4. Refunds
We will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that they were sent back, whichever happens first. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.
Refunds are made using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise with you.
5. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at info@marsanybus.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where relevant. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in line with your legal rights.
6. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply where permitted by law, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and digital content where you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right.
